Leute, die mein Ventilspiel-Maß einstellen, beachten oft nicht, dass die Ventilenden in ihren Motoren schon eingeschlagen sind. Da sich das Ventil dreht, entsteht eine kleine Mulde. Diese addiert sich dann zum eingestellten Ventilspiel (was ja über die Aussenkanten eingestellt wird) und dann klingt er wie 1000 kleine Hämmer.
